Thank you for taking a moment to register your family for Vacation Bible School this year! To help us care for your children well and keep communication clear, we ask that you complete this in two simple steps.

First, please fill out your parent/guardian contact information. Once submitted, you’ll be directed to a second form where you can register each of your children individually.

This helps us keep accurate records for safety, check-in, and communication. We’re so glad your family is joining us and look forward to serving you and your children!
