CYIA 2026 Food (June 8-12)
Thank you for your interest in supporting our outreach through 5-Day Clubs by providing food during the week of our Clubs. Please read these instructions carefully before filling out the form for important details.
To make things easier and allow for a team approach, we have made a theme for each day of the week. Your food item doesn't have to exactly match that theme, but do give us details of your item in the place provided on the registration so we can appropriately plan. We have broken each food item into serving sizes (as noted in parenthesis), so as an example: if you bring 1 meat, we ask that it be able to feed 10 people. If you personally want to do a larger group, you may sign up for more than 1 unit (for example taking 2 meat options would mean your dish will feed 20 people).
We do have some space to take in food items if you need to drop off ahead of time (a day or two in advance where appropriately cooked). Please advise us if you will need to do that in the note section provided. We can do some minor prep/reheating of items where noted.
Here are some guidelines/suggestions for the week's menu:
SALADS: Related to the salads, we would just need enough for small side salads and generally speaking the office should have a variety of salad dressings on hand. We would appreciate salad options like cheese and croutons be put in separate containers.
On Friday, we will need someone to help run the grill. Please add in the notes section if you might be available to assist in that way.
