Thank you for your interest in making our 2026 Ladies Tea a successful event for all the ladies who attend!  

We are in need of ladies to help in the following ways:

• Table Hosts: A table host is responsible for decorating a table and choosing a theme. The host provides table decorations (centerpieces, etc.), and place settings in keeping with your table theme.  Table hosts may choose to bring their own tableware to match their table theme,  although this is not required. Tableware will be available for hosts to use if needed or for those who would rather not use their own.  Last but not least, a table host’s most important job is to make everyone at their table feel welcome, keep conversation going if needed, and make sure no one is looking left out. 

• Food prep / kitchen help: Food service volunteers are responsible for assisting in either preparing, prepping or setting up food table displays.  This may include making items for the event, placing items on serving trays, preparing serving areas and table displays, drink stations, etc.; as well as cleaning up serving stations after the event and washing any dishes and utensils that were used from the church kitchen.  

• Set up / Clean up:This crew will assist with getting the tables and chairs in place for the event and setting up the main decor pieces / pipe and drape, etc. as needed for the event.  The Cleanup Crew is responsible for staying after the event to help tear down tables, empty garbages, take down any decor, put away supplies and help with any miscellaneous items to ensure the room being used is put back in its original order.

• Decorating: This team will help decorate the space to make the event feel elegant and welcoming to all the ladies who attend. This could include setting up a photo area, backdrops, table displays, and/or signage.
