Thank you for registering for Super Saturday Boot Camp held on August 8, 2026 from 10:00am-3:00pm.  This is a One Day Course held on a Saturday for New Members who are unable to attend class on Sundays.

Please read carefully before completing the form:

• Always register using your legal name. This helps prevent duplicate records in our system.
• Registrant: Please register yourself on this form, along with anyone who lives in your household.
• Do NOT register children on this form. After you complete your registration, you will automatically be directed to a separate form for registering Children/Youth (ages 18 and under).
• Do not register anyone who does not live in your household. They must complete their own registration form.

When you have finished entering your information, click the blue “Continue” button to complete your registration. If you have Children/Youth to register, you will then be given the opportunity to add them.
