Scripture teaches that all who have repented of their sins and placed their faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord should be baptized (Acts 2:37–41; Acts 8:12–13). We are preparing for our 2026 Baptism Services, which will be held at the House of Hope Atlanta. We encourage you to invite your family and friends to celebrate this meaningful step in your walk with the Lord.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email. Registration includes participation in the Baptism Class, which will be offered on three different dates. You will only need to attend one of these classes. All information regarding attire and next steps will be provided during the Baptism Class and by email. This class is mandatory for all seeking baptism.

Please read carefully before completing the form:

• Always register using your legal name. This helps prevent duplicate records in our system.
• Registrant: Please register yourself on this form, along with anyone who lives in your household.
• Do NOT register children on this form. After you complete your registration, you will automatically be directed to a separate form for registering Children/Youth (ages 18 and under).
• Do not register anyone who does not live in your household. They must complete their own registration form.
