NTS '27 Volunteer Registration

To help equip and train all volunteers, there will be training held at TCC on January 19, 2027 from 6:30pm - 8:00pm.  While in person training is preferred for active Q&A, this training will also be available online for those who are unable to attend.

NIGHT TO SHINE VOLUNTEER INFORMATION


VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS: All Night To Shine Volunteers 18 years and older must complete a background check prior to the event. Night To Shine volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. All volunteers serving as a Host must be 18 years or older. Those serving as Paparazzi (cheering on guests as they walk the red carpet) do not need to register nor have an age requirement.

Mature youth under the age of 16 may volunteer in limited capacities. If interested, please contact Amber Bellamy at TCC.NTS.Registration@gmail.com.

NIGHT TO SHINE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES


Night to Shine is full of opportunities for volunteers to sign up for in order to participate in this special evening. There are roles volunteers may sign up for which take place on the days prior to the event, during the event, and even immediately after the event. To serve in a role that takes place during the event, please select the role you most desire to serve in from the “Primary Role During Event” drop down list. To sign up for roles which takes place prior to or after the event, please select them from the “Pre/Post Event Role” drop down list. If you are registering as a host and there is a certain individual you know who will be an honored guest for the event, and you already coordinated with that person to be their Host, please list the Guest's name below. Please do NOT list a guest unless you have verified this match-up with the guest. Please read the terms below: By selecting yes below, and for the good and valuable consideration of participating in an event hosted by Troy Christian Church, and sponsored in part by or associated with the Tim Tebow Foundation, I hereby give my full consent to Tim Tebow Foundation, Inc., (“TTF”) a Georgia nonprofit corporation headquartered in Florida and Troy Christian Church (“TCC”), an Ohio nonprofit corporation, to record, by writing, by video, photographic, or audio recording device, or by any other analog or digital means, my actions, physical likeness, biographical information, and/or voice. Additionally, I hereby grant to TTF and TCC, without royalty or other compensation now or in the future, all rights of every kind and character whatsoever, in perpetuity, in and to any and all such recordings, along with any additional recordings I might provide to TTF and TCC, and to any benefits inuring to TTF and TCC as a result of its use of any of the foregoing recordings. Among other things, TTF and TCC may, but are not required to, copy or reproduce the recording, edit or modify it, incorporate it into another work, display or broadcast it or any of the foregoing privately or publicly, and use or license it or any of the foregoing for use by others, all for the sole benefit and at the sole discretion of TTF and TCC, for the advancement of TTF and TCC’s exempt charitable purposes. All permissions granted herein extend to any successor or assign of TTF and TCC and bind me and my heirs, successors, and assigns.

I hereby release and discharge and agree to hold harmless TTF and TCC, their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and independent contractors, from any and all claims or damages, including but not limited to defamation or violation of rights of privacy or publicity, arising from or associated with the recordings or use of recordings. This release shall be construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and with the laws of the State of Ohio, and should any provision of this release be determined invalid, such invalidity does not affect any of the remaining provisions. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name.
