Please complete this parent information form as step 1 for registering your child for Kids With A King 2026-27.    When you have completed parent(s) information then select CONTINUE to enter student info.  KWAK is for all kids ages 4 years - 5th Grade. There is no cost for KWAK, but we do ask parents to help with snack at least once during the semester.
