Kaos & Rush is our Annual Spring Retreat at Lake Swan in Melrose, FL. This trip is for current 6th-12th grade Students

The official schedule & packing list will be communicated two weeks prior to departure.

1. Credit Card Payment on Churchteams
- Paid in full or deposit only
- Any balance must be paid before February 8th
2. Check made out to HUMC with student's name and Lighthouse Kaos & Rush 2026 written in memo line
3. Zelle (vendors@heritageumc.com or "Heritage United Methodist Church At") be sure to add student's name and Lighthouse Kaos & Rush 2026 in the memo
4. Cash - in an envelope with student's name and Lighthouse Kaos & Rush 2026 written on it.
