Fusion Students Are Heading to Cincinnati!

December 28–31, 2026
First Financial Center | Cincinnati, Ohio

For more than 60 years, Wesleyan students have gathered to know Jesus, grow in their faith and live boldly for His mission. This December, Fusion Students will become part of that incredible legacy!

FOLLOW is a three-day international gathering featuring powerful worship, biblical teaching, meaningful conversations, new friendships and unforgettable moments. We are believing students will return home encouraged, challenged and more committed to following Jesus.

Who May Attend?

This trip is open to students in grades 6–12.

Trip Schedule

Sunday, December 27th

8:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. — Pre-FOLLOW Party at Fusion

Students are invited to hang out at Fusion before departure. Additional details will be provided closer to the trip.

Monday, December 28

2:00 a.m. — Bus departs Fusion Community Church

Participants must arrive early enough to load luggage, check in and be completely ready to leave by 2:00 a.m.

Approximately 4:00 p.m. — Arrive in Cincinnati

After arriving, we will check into the hotel, have dinner and prepare for the opening conference session.

Thursday, December 31

5:00 a.m. — Depart Cincinnati

Approximately 6:00 p.m. — Arrive at Fusion Community Church

All travel times are approximate and may change due to traffic, weather, meal stops or other circumstances.

Registration and Rooming

For a limited time Fusion is offering to cover half the cost for the first 10 students: at the rate of $225 Use code: Thankyou

Regular Rate — $425 per person

Same-gender students will share a standard hotel room with either two queen beds or one king. Students are allowed to bring a single/full sized air mattress. Room space is limited, please coordinate with Pastor Pauline.

We will make every reasonable effort to place students with a requested friend, but specific roommate assignments cannot be guaranteed.

Reserve Your Spot

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required for each participant.

Conference tickets, hotel rooms and transportation are purchased in good faith based on each registration. Therefore:

The deposit and all installment payments are nonrefundable.
This policy applies if a participant withdraws or is unable to attend.
Space is limited. Registrations will be accepted in the order deposits are received.

Payment Information

The full balance must be paid by:

December 14th, 2026

After the $100 deposit, the remaining balance is:

Regular Rate: $325

Installment payments may be made at any time before the deadline.

Payment Plans:

The entire balance must be paid by December 14th.
A digital payment link will be sent to you via email with your balance each month.
Or you can make arrangement for cash or check with Pastor Pauline.

All payments are nonrefundable.

What Is Included?

The trip price includes:

FOLLOW Conference admission
Round-trip charter bus transportation from Fusion
Hotel accommodations
Group supervision
Scheduled group transportation in Cincinnati
Lunch at the conference venue on December 29 and 30
Any additional group meals identified in the final itinerary

Meals and Spending Money

Students should bring spending money for:

Meals while traveling to and from Cincinnati
Snacks and drinks during transportation
Conference merchandise
Souvenirs
Other personal purchases

Students should not rely on group leaders to pay for their meals, snacks or personal purchases. Please go over how to budget with your student. We recommend an envelope/allowance system for each day.

Families will receive a detailed itinerary and additional meal information before departure.

Required Forms and Expectations

Before departure, every participant must submit all required Fusion Community Church and FOLLOW forms. These may include:

Parent or guardian permission
Student conduct agreement
Photo or media permission
Students are expected to follow all Fusion Students behavioral, safety and supervision standards throughout the trip.
