"FORWARD AT FAITH" Capital Campaign Pledge Commitment

Would you prayerfully consider how you may support the campaign?  Thank you for your financial and ministry partnership.

By completing the below Pledge Card, you are not actually making a donation.  You will not be asked for any financial information.  Instead, you are pledging a dollar amount to the Faith Alive "Forward at Faith" Capital Campaign to be given over the next three years.  Your pledge is intended to help you make a personal commitment for your intended giving to the campaign and helps Faith Alive financially plan for the future.  You may change your pledge amount at any time, by contacting the church office.

We view a giving pledge the same way we view any form of financial giving to the church as a commitment between you and God.  For this reason, your personal pledge is kept confidential and only viewable by the Financial Administrative Staff of the church.
