Quilt Show Entry Form – Due July 5, 2026

This is a casual, unjudged quilt show, no prizes will be awarded.
Due to space limitations, there is a maximum of 2 quilts per person.

Bring quilts to Valley Baptist Church between 1:00 -3:00 pm Saturday, July 11.

Please pick up your quilts at the church by 4:00 pm - Sunday, July 12, 2026.
