Nominate an Individual or Family for a Thanksgiving Meal Kit

This Thanksgiving, we want everyone to enjoy a warm, delicious meal. If you know an individual or family who may be struggling or unable to provide a Thanksgiving meal this year, please take a moment to sign them up below.

If you need help this Thanksgiving, you are welcome to sign yourself up as well.

Each registered household will receive a Thanksgiving Meal Kit with all the essentials for a special holiday dinner.

Pick-Up Information:
Thanksgiving Meal Kits can be picked up on Wednesday, November 18th from 3:30 to 5:00 pm in the front parking lot at Faith Church (by the High School room).

We will need contact information for each nominated household so that we can reach them directly regarding pick-up.

How to Register:

1. Fill out the first part of the registration with your information.

2. Then provide the names and details of the individual(s) or family you are nominating.
