This event will provide an in depth look at beat practices when responding to an individual
actively experiencing a mental health crisis or a heightened emotional state.
The attendees will be taught by crisis intervention specialists with various
additional certifications who are also local law enforcement.
The training will include live scenarios where attendees get to test the skills they just received training on.
