CYIA 2026 Chaperones/Drivers

Thank you for your interest in supporting 5-Day Clubs as a Driver or Chaperone for the 2026 Summer Season. * There are two weeks of 5-Day Clubs in various locations. We would like to have driver/chaperones stay with their set team to cover multiple clubs (2-3) per day for one week of service. However, we are grateful for whatever time you can offer. We will assist in providing meals as you serve. Please check options that best describe the dates/times you are available to serve:

Please let us know any time restrictions you will have on the days you can serve (for instance: finish before dark, or must finish by 5 pm, no earlier than 8 am, etc.)
