College Serve Team Application
Goal: To have a group of students who are willing and able to serve the College Ministry of CFC. Though this is basically a leadership team, it should also be a team of people who are willing to lead like Jesus. Jesus transformed what leadership looked like by serving those around Him as He walked the earth (Mark 10:45). This servant leadership model is to be the mindset and mentality of this group. Our goal is to serve and love those who are involved in this ministry, which is why it is called Serve Team rather than Leadership Team. This team is not about elevating ourselves, and it isn’t about titles or positions; instead, it is about loving God and loving His people the way He does. With that said, if you are looking to apply solely because you want something that will look good on future job applications, please reconsider your motivations before applying. This is about humbling ourselves for the sake of the gospel!
