To register for the retreat, please complete all the information in the form below.

For this event payments are to be made via ACH or Debit/Credit card through the registration system, no cash or check payments please. Please note, payments will be non-refundable, but may be transferred to the next woman on the waiting list with the assistance of the church office.

The total cost of the retreat is $250. To complete registration a deposit of $125 is required. Upon registration you may also choose to have the remaining balance automatically paid through a recurring payment on July 25th. If you do not choose the recurring payment option, you will need to initiate a payment for the balance due before August 9th. For those registered but not paid in full by August 9th, their registration may be forfeited to the next woman on the waiting list.
