Serving Opportunities Before VBS
Sunday, July 6th, 12:30-3:30PM, Move Chairs, Set up & Decorate (Lunch will be provided)

Serving Opportunities During VBS (July 7-11, 6-8:15pm)
Nursery - care for the babies and toddlers of our volunteers
Registration - Assist with welcome, registration, & dismissal. Able to assist other areas after registration is complete.
Greeters - Greet parents and children as they park and head to registration. Escort children to their small group leader. Able to assist other areas after greeting is complete.
Golf Cart Driver - Escorts families to/from Orange Grove parking lot to the main Coastal entrance. 5:30-6:15PM & 8-8:30PM. Able to assist other areas between 6:15 & 8:00.
Student Crew Leader - students (incoming 6th-12th graders) who assist adult crew leaders; stays with the same group of about 6 kids all week; encourages spiritual growth, builds relationships
Crew Leader - Stays with the same group of about 6 kids all week; encourages spiritual growth
Coach - provides support to Small Group leaders; assists in moving kids to different rotations; collects offering and attendance. (Not recommended for first time VBS volunteers)
Restroom Monitors - assist small group leaders as needed
Glacier Games Team - Assists in leading small groups through games/activities
Imagination Station - assists with crafts for preschoolers and elementary children
Sticky Scriptures - helps reinforce the daily Bible memory verse in Large Group
I will serve wherever needed.
Building Clean-up/Set-up - Thursday, July 10 after VBS, around 8:15: chair set up in auditorium; reset Welcome Center, Chapel, and Classrooms for Sunday services.
Closing Program Cookout - assist with the Friday night, July 11, Closing Program hot dog cookout.
Special Needs Buddy
Tundra Treats Team - Serves and cleans up snack time each night [11 left]
Wild Bible Adventures Team - Leads and/or assists Large Group Bible lessons including prep & set up
Serving Opportunities After VBS
Building Clean-up/Set-up - Friday, July 11 after Closing Program. Take down decorations in auditorium and Welcome Center and prep for Sunday services.
If you are NOT available to volunteer all days of VBS, please indicate which days you are available.
