Please fill out this registration for your child. If you are dedicating multiple children in your family, you can add additional people below.

We will have our Child Dedication Gathering on April 25th from 5:00–6:00 PM. Your child will be dedicated during this gathering. Each family will have a special moment of dedication and prayer together, and you are welcome to invite your family and friends to attend. Light snacks and drinks will be available.

We would love for you to also attend one of our weekend services. During the service, we will briefly recognize all of the children being dedicated, and our church family will pray together over them. At that time, we will invite you to stand so we can recognize your family.

In this registration, you will be asked to provide a Bible verse that you are praying over your child as you dedicate him/her to the Lord.
