2026 Winter Live Semiannual Training

Registration Form: Please register and pay for the upcoming live training using this form. Note that registrants using this form are registering as trainees with the church in Round Rock. Those meeting with a different locality should not submit this form.

Registration Deadline: The registration deadline is Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 5:00 pm. No late registrations will be accepted.

Age Requirement: Per LSM, all trainees must be 17 years or older by the start of the training. Note that those who are 17 require prior approval. Please contact the service office for more information.

Hospitality Requests: Hospitality is only available for saints who are 18-25 years of age. The number of hospitality spaces available is very limited, and requests that are submitted are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. You must indicate in the form at the time you register if you would like to request hospitality. Please do not request hospitality if you need special care (including diet or special health needs).  

Shared Seats: Saints sharing a seat must register and pay separately and indicate in the form with whom they are sharing.

Training Regulations: IMPORTANT! The semiannual training is a training, 24 hours a day, for six days. Therefore, those who register must carefully read and agree to the training regulations. Even if you have attended the live traiing in the past, you must read through the regulations to make sure nothing has changed that would affect your participation. If you are unable to comply with the training regulations then please do not register.
