Central Baptist Church AWANA 2026-27 Registration

AWANA starts Wednesday, August 19, 2026

This AWANA registration has 2 parts:
1. Parent Form
2. Child Form
(Please NOTE ALL ages birth thru 4th grade should be registered however, the Child(ren) you will be registering for AWANA  should be at least ages 2 yrs by August 1, 2026 thru 4th grade only). 
(No registration for 5th & 6th grade is necessary).

Registration is complete when both parent and child forms are submitted. (Nursery ages birth - 23 months DO need to pre-register prior to attending as this is a change from previous years).

NOTE: 
Parent, you will have the opportunity to purchase a Book & Uniform when filling out the CHILD Form.
