To submit a pledge to the General Fund using an IRA Distribution, please fill out the form below. 

Making a pledge does not automatically enroll you in automatic distributions. You must contact your financial institution if you wish to make automatic IRA distributions.

NOTE: Even if you are setting up a "household pledge," please enter just one name in the FIRST NAME and LAST NAME fields. The pledge will automatically be assigned to the whole household.
