IMPORTANT INFORMATION ::::::: PLEASE READ

Please enter the name, email, and the local church of the individual you are requesting to screen.  An email will be sent to the individual, based on the information you've given, guiding them through the background check process. Please confirm with them within 24 hours to ensure they've received both an automated email from the district office and another from our background check partner, The National Screening Bureau (NSB). The email from the NSB contains time-sensitive content. To prevent an additional processing fee, please confirm the individual promptly completes and submits  the  information.

Payment for the background check is required at the time of request.    Background Check is $20.00 per individual.
