Please begin your registration for Bullfrogs & Butterflies by answering a few questions for Northside, then continue on to the MBC registration page where you will need to use or create a login in order to register with the camp and make your payment.
Please fill out all information below for ONE participant at a time. Please register at least two people: one camper and one supervising adult (over 16 years old). Continue to "add another person" and fill out information on any additional parents/grandparents. (One parent/grandparent must attend for free with the camper, for additional adults there is an additional $10 fee per person)
