Shady Grove Wesleyan Youth is hosting a golf tournament on Saturday, May 3rd at Oak Hollow Golf Course to raise money for students to go to camp.
Format: 4 Person Team Scramble
Cost: $100 per player ($400 per team)
*Lunch is included in cost.
Team check-in will begin at 8:30 AM, play starts at 10:30 AM.
Payments can be made by check (delivered to the church office, put in black offering boxes) or online at www.shadygrove.net. Please be sure to add GOLF TOURNAMENT to the memo of your check or in the online notes.
