By filling out this form, you are making a commitment to not only go on the trip, but to:

- Pray for God to prepare your heart in the coming months

- Attend at least 4 pre-trip planning/serving events 

- Invite others to come along beside you on this journey.  This means asking for both prayer and financial contributions from others for the team

The total cost of the trip (including airfare) is approximately $2250. 

A $100 deposit is required to hold your spot by Feb 2.  It is refundable for any reason until April 7, at which time an additional $250 will be due.  Final payment will be due June 4.
