DETAILS

You may begin setting up your spot anytime after 3:00pm on Friday, July 24.  The doors to the community center will be unlocked until 8:00pm on Friday.  If you get to the community center and can't get in, call 717-979-6209 and doors can be unlocked remotely.

You will be provided a large round table (6 foot diameter) for your spot. It should be in place when you arrive.  If you don't want it, you don't need to use it.  Please cover the table just to keep clean up easier at the end of the day. The round tablecloths from the Dollar Tree work just fine.

Spots will be assigned and clearly marked on the floor.

You MUST bring your own change.  You can bring additional tables, clothing racks, shopping bags for your customers, etc.

You are responsible for taking all of your items with you...the dumpster will NOT be available for your use.  Community Aid bins are located across the street but space is limited.  If you take a car load to Community Aid on Saturday, you can give them Devonshire Church's name and we will still get the credit for your donation...

Doors will be opened at 7am on Saturday for sellers.  Start time will be 8am.

The $25 payment can be made the day of the event in cash or online at www.devonshirechurch.org/give and marked as "Event".
