PMC Forever Friends Adventurer Club Registration

We're so excited that you want to be part of our Pioneer Forever Friends Adventurer Club! Read the following instructions carefully before you begir registration.

This form cannot be submitted without payment. The fees for Adventurers are as follows:

1 child: $50
2 children: $90
3 children: $130
4 children: $170
5 children: $200

Please give information for parents, then give the information for your child/ren.

  • Click Add Another Parent to enter a second parent or guardian.
  • Then click Continue to add each child who will be joining the Pathfinder Club.

Adventurers is designed to be a discipling program where parents and children grow together. Please consider the ways you would be able to participate and select those areas you will be able and willing to assist.
