New Bethel Spring Festival Booth Registration   New Bethel Spring Festival, Car Show, & BBQ Plates: Join us on Saturday, April 25, 2025, 10 am to 3 pm! There will also be a Cake Auction going on in the Fellowship Hall. All proceeds benefit the New Bethel Building Fund. Booths will be a 10 x 10 area. You must provide tent, tables, power, propane/gas, etc.. The attached application must be completed and the registration fee must be paid upfront.
Rules and Requirements:
-Food Vendors: Be sure to include your entire menu
-No generators allowed except for food vendors.
-Tents, Tables, extension cords, etc. is not provided.
-The Festival will be held rain or shine. Registration fees are nonrefundable.
-Vendors will be accepted on a first come basis.
-Booth space will not be reserved unless fees are paid with completed application.
-Booth set-up is from 7:00 - 9:00 Am on Saturday.
-Volunteers will be on site during set-up times to assist with locating your assigned space.
-All trailers must be set up on Friday between 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
-No Vehicles will be allowed in the festival area after designated set-up times.
-Festival hours of Operation: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
-All Vendors must stay until the festival ends.
-Alcohol, profanity, witchcraft, etc. is not allowed at this church event.
