OR - Do Something Saturday (DSS) August 30, 2025  



Join us for our Third Quarter Do Something Saturday on Saturday, August 30, 2025. All members are encouraged to participate in one of the Projects. These service projects will be a part of our Do Something Saturday efforts in OUTREACH. Serving others and giving back is at the heart of community outreach. This special day provides our congregation with the opportunity to come together, lend a helping hand, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need. Let’s be the hands and feet of Jesus as we serve with love and compassion! To participate, sign up for ONLY ONE of the service projects in the drop downs provided. Prepare 300+ sack lunches-10:15-11:30

Participate in Street ministry-12:15

Finish the route around 4:00-4:30.

Serve Lunch at Restoration House

Prepare and serve lunch for the women and children residing at Restoration House.

Volunteers will assist in our warehouse and sorting room by sorting, counting, and inventorying donations such as baby clothes, diapers, formula, and other essential baby supplies. Volunteer tasks may vary.

Volunteers will be responsible for setting up, clothing sorting and distribution, shower cleaning, food provision and distribution (for both clients and volunteers), water provision, and cleanup. Volunteers' tasks may vary.

Lunch Box Assembly

Volunteers will assemble sandwiches and lunch items for lunch boxes to be distributed at the Flowing with Blessings event.
