Submission of this form does not imply an approval of your baby's dedication. One parent must be a member of The House of Hope Atlanta who has completed the New Member's Orientation (Spiritual boot camp class). Additionally, participation in the Virtual Baby Dedication Class, scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025, at noon is required. Upon completion of your registration, a member of the Congregational Care Team will contact you.
