PMC Evergreens Pathfinder Club Registration

We're so excited that you want to be part of our Pioneer Evergreens Pathfinder Club! Read the following instructions carefully before you begin registration.

This form cannot be submitted without payment. The fees for Pathfinders are as follows: 

1 child: $50
2 children: $90
3 children: $130
4 children: $170
5 children: $200

Please give information for parents, then give the information for your child/ren.

• Click Add Another Parent to enter a second parent or guardian.
• Then click Continue to add each child who will be joining the Pathfinder Club.
