Thanks so much for helping at our 5th Annual Trunk-or-Treat event on Wednesday, October 29th! We're going to have a blast together! Set up for trunks and the event will be happening from 4pm-6pm, so you can possibly make it to our 5pm Community dinner if you're able. We'll need everyone at their stations by 6:15pm in order to start our event promptly at 6:30pm and end on time at 8:30pm.
We have opportunities for people to help with set up, tear down, trunk hosts, candy distribution to the trunks, greeting table, photo booth decorators, and security personnel.
Please fill out the form below using YOUR name and contact information to let us know how you'd like to be involved. If you are planning to do a trunk with a friend or family, please do NOT combine your names, as this creates a new contact in the data base that must be corrected. You can simply let us know in the "Comments or Questions" area below who you're doing the trunk with and if you would like to be next to any specific people or groups. You may also indicate what kind of game, activity, or theme you're planning, if you already know.
