For the amount given, please enter the amount given based on how the gifts will be made (example: if you will be giving $25 weekly for 156 weeks, enter $25 and select weekly in the drop-down box). If you are giving non-cash items (stocks/bonds, jewelry, or other assets), please select Asset or Other and enter a description of the gift(s) and enter the estimated value for the amount given. If you will be giving cash and assets, please use the comments section to explain the gift. Commitments will be entered into Churchteams so you can see the progress of your donations towards your commitment.
