Our Marriage Ministry offers premarital counseling for engaged couples who desire strengthening their relationship. This form must be completed at least six months prior to your wedding date. Please note we do not offer sessions on the weekend. The cost of the program is $275.00 for six sessions (50 minute sessions)(No Insurance Accepted ). To start the process, this form must be completed by the potential bride or groom to help us get to know you better.
