Baptism at Trinity
Please fill out these forms to set up your child's baptism at Trinity.
1. Fill out one form for each parent.
2. Continue to the child form to add your child's information.
Please note: Baptisms are during the 9am worship service, usually on either the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.
