I have read and agree with the CFC Doctrinal Statement. I will strive to live my life in accordance with the teachings of the church, its doctrinal beliefs, and positions. Should I fall short in this, I welcome the church to come alongside me to help correct and restore me. (Matthew 18:15-17 and Galatians 6:1)
