I grant permission for the image(s) of my artwork(s) to continue to be displayed in the PBCC password-protected online Art Gallery even after this exhibit is over, in the Arts in the Auditorium History Scrapbook, and in group photos posted on the PBCC website. If you disagree with any of the three items included in this paragraph, please cross those items out.
