Please note, if you are volunteering for a position working with minors you must be able to pass a federal background check and complete a Child Safety Training. Those who have been convicted of a sexual offense will not be considered. Information regarding the background check and Child Safety Training can be found on the Church Center App by clicking “More” in the bottom right screen and selecting “Volunteer Information”. All background checks and Child Safety Trainings must be completed NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 22nd.
For those signing up for the Praise Team you will be required to adhere to, and sign, the guidelines in the AOC Leadership Pledge (see below).
You will be notified of your volunteer application status the week of November 4th via email or text. Those signing up for the Praise Team will be required to complete a try out at a later date.
