Thank you for serving as a Small Group Coordinator at RED Church. As a Coordinator you will be viewed by those in your group as a leader in the church. As a result, we ask that you enter into an agreement with the other leaders by making the following commitments. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- 1. I will embody and reflect the values and principles of RED Church and will follow the leadership of RED Church.
- 2. I will faithfully attend RED Church on Sundays and—
- Intentionally identify and greet those in my Small Group
- Lead my group in serving at RED Church at least once a month
- 3. I will make my Small Group a priority by—
- Faithfully attending my Small Group
- Consistently carrying out the admin duties for my Small Group such as reports, recording and recognizing birthdays/anniversaries, etc.
- Inviting/welcoming others to join my group
- 4. I understand that I am responsible for the care of my Small Group. As a result, I will—
- Pray for the individuals in my group
- Follow up with each person in my group with ministry care
- 5. I will strive to help communicate essential information to group leaders, members and to RED Leadership (Team Leaders, Pastoral staff.) I will—
- Keep the Small Group leaders and members informed of church announcements and other important info
- Help organize my groups social event, outreach, and Serving Sundays
- Keep my Small Group leader(s) informed on vital news regarding group members and group dynamics
