Welcome to Cornerstone MCC! 

We are living and sharing God's love in Christ for all by practicing radical hospitality, passionate worship, intentional discipleship, risk-taking outreach and service, and extravagant generosity. Love is our core value!

Our Worship Services begin at 10:45am on Sundays. We also live-stream via our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

We are blessed to have Laura Beasley join us as our special guest speaker this Sunday. Laura and Pastor Sara began their seminary training together at Earlham School of Religion. She is currently on a track to ordination in the Episcopal Church. Though their paths since their days in seminary have diverged, their friendship has remained an abiding presence in both of their lives.  Please plan to join us for worship this week for what is sure to be a blessing.

Colors of the Day

In honor of Disability Awareness/Independence Day, we are asking everyone to wear a color that represents a disability that's personal/important to you. 

Red: Physical disabilities

Gold: Cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities

Green: Sensory disabilities

Blue: Psychiatric and mental health disabilities

White: Invisible and undiagnosed disabilities 

The Journey Prayer Group

The Journey is our Prayer group that meets on Tuesdays at 6:30pm for a time of conversation and prayer. Make plans to join us! 

Online Bible Study

Thrive is our adult Bible study group that meets online on Mondays and Saturdays at 6:00PM. The current study is in the Gospel of Mark. Click the link below to join the study.

Spirit Seekers of 26

Spirit Seekers 26 is our corporate prayer initiative for the year. We are focusing on praying for the Holy Spirit to pour out gifts of hospitality, forgiveness, peace, unity, compassion and generosity on our church. Take a slip of paper from the boat on the altar and pray for that specific gift for a month. Then, swap it out for another gift. Let the Spirit loose here at Cornerstone!

Celebration of Life

Kay Hedgepeth's Memorial Service is Saturday at 11:00AM. Come celebrate her life with us and stay afterward for a feast of that good old country cooking she enjoyed so much.

Celebration Sunday

We will return to our customary Celebration Luncheon on the first Sunday in August. Our theme will be Lighten Up! It's Hot Outside! We are asking everyone to bring sandwiches, sliders, salads and desserts. A sign-up sheet can be found on the coffee bar in the sanctuary.

Membership Inquiry Class

Pastor Sara will be hosting a luncheon for those who are interested in learning more about MCC and what it means to be a member of Cornerstone on August 9. Please let them know if you plan to attend so lunch can be prepared.
