A Note from Pastor Radkey

A major thanks to Robyn Bray, April Gilbert, and many lay women leaders who planned and hosted an incredible women's retreat at OSL last Saturday. This is a perfect example of how lay leaders sharing the effort with staff is critical to helping OSL excel with fantastic ministry opportunities. This is precisely what the last two years' mission and vision have been about, and I pray we continue moving in this direction. Great job, ladies!!!

Senior Games Day

Join the seniors of OSL each month for an afternoon of dominoes, bridge, Mexican train, OR bring your favorite game! Meet at 1:00pm – 4:00pm in the OSL lobby on Tuesdays, February 11 & 25, for an afternoon of fun! Bring a snack to share and a refreshment, then join in for dinner at a local restaurant.

If you ordered a Super Bowl sub sandwich lunch from the youth, don't forget to pick up your order THIS Sunday, February 9. Thank you for helping the youth raise funds for Camp Lone Star!

Update from the BOD

The BOD would like to wish everyone a happy new year! We are currently working on budgeting initiatives to evaluate our insurance options and update our preschool financial model, as well as planning for property improvements such as a new automatic door at the north atrium entrance. We are also happy to report that the choir lift construction has now been completed. Please save the date for our upcoming congregational meeting on March 2 to hear the latest and greatest congregational updates!
