The CFC Veteran Ministry Steering Committee invites you to join us for our monthly meeting on Tuesday, February 10, from 6:00–7:30 PM in the CFC Main Conference Room (enter through Entrance A and turn immediately right). Veterans—including Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard Service members—along with loved ones and non-Veteran volunteers are warmly welcomed and encouraged to attend.

Veterans from our local community are heading to Washington, DC on Honor Flight of Southern Indiana’s 20th flight (EVV20) on Saturday, May 2! ???? Come join the CFC Veteran Ministry for a spectacular Welcome Home Parade at Evansville Regional Airport Saturday night, May 2 at approx. 7:45 PM CST (see flyer for details). Let’s give these 85–87 EVV20 Veterans the warm, enthusiastic joy-filled welcome home they deserve for their military service! ???????? |

Inside: a celebration of a new Army National Guard soldier's journey into the Army's 'Simultaneous Membership Program' (SMP)—one of our CFC members has recently volunteered for military service entering the Army's Military Police Program while also participating in her college's Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) —plus an update on how CFC and the Veteran Ministry are supporting our Veterans participating in the Honor Flight of Southern Indiana.
