We're looking for a passionate and skilled Minister of Music to lead our worship experience.
At Open Arms CLT, we're a non-denominational, Bible-based, multi-ethnic, and multi-generational church. We're passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive worship environment that reflects our diverse congregation.
About the Position
We're seeking a Minister of Music who has a heart for worship, a strong musical background, and proven leadership skills. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our music ministry, including leading and developing our Worship Team, Youth Worship, and Dance Ensemble.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the music ministry.
- Lead and manage musicians and vocalists.
- Direct vocals and instrumentation.
- Schedule musicians and vocalists for services.
- Select and arrange music that is theologically sound and engaging.
- Develop a unique musical identity for Open Arms CLT.
- Collaborate with church leadership to integrate music into the overall vision and mission of the church.
Qualifications
- Strong musical ability and experience in vocal and/or instrumental performance.
- Proven leadership skills.
- A deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sound equipment, music software, and copyright laws.
- Proficient in Planning Center and Multitracks.
- A strong commitment to the vision, culture, and values of Open Arms CLT.
