Koro, West Africa
Hut to Hut Evangelism

VISION:  To continue to share the Gospel with the people of remote Ivory Coast and connect churches with trained church planters that are engaging Unreached Peoples in the Ivory Coast.

OVERVIEW:  CBC met the Koro for the first time on a vision trip in the Northern Ivory Coast in 1998. The team was impressed with the friendliness and openness of the Koro people to receive strangers whom they suspected to be Christian. The Koro are 99.9% Muslim and have been since about the 15th century. On this project, we want pastors of churches in America to prayerfully go and get to know the planters and the UPGs. This group will travel into the rural bush of Ivory Coast, going village to village and hut to hut to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of Ivory Coast.
