Our Worship Services begin at 10:45am on Sundays. We also live-stream via our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Real Freedom

Scripture: Luke 9:51-62

The people Jesus called weren’t exceptional people; on the contrary, they were ordinary, unlearned people, fishermen, tax collectors, and the like. Like you and me, they were for the most part flawed people.  But Jesus took them where they were and loved them — just as they were.   By calling such ordinary folk Jesus made it clear that this new life is open to all who are ready to live in real freedom! Join us on Sunday as we explore how to be really free in Christ Jesus!

Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors will have their monthly meeting immediately following worship this Sunday. Everyone is invited to join them as they discuss the business side of doing church.

Vacation Bible School

Sunday is the last day children can register for Vacation Bible School. We need the registrations in hand so that we can order materials needed.
Vacation Bible School is scheduled for July 10-11 from 8AM-2PM.

Membership Inquiry Class

A Membership Inquiry Luncheon is scheduled for July 20 following worship. Please let Pastor Sara know if you plan to attend.

Take 5 in 25'

Our Take 5 in 25 Prayer Initiative continues to reap good reports from across our congregation. You are encouraged to take a list from the basket on the altar and to pray for the five people on it throughout the month.

Outreach in Action! 

Our Outreach Ministry continues to extend our service beyond the walls of our sanctuary! Attached are a few snapshots of our outreach at Love All Food Pantry this week.

Ministry Notes

Our Ministry Team focus this week is the Hospitality Ministry Team.

This wonderful team provides opportunities for people to gather for food, fun and fellowship. Individuals that are social butterflies, aspiring chefs, and enjoy making others feel welcome are a perfect fit for this ministry.

Interim Team Leader Kim Havard is implementing a new way of organizing the volunteers who help with setting up and cleaning up after functions. A whiteboard with a list of tasks can be found on the kitchen wall. Volunteers are asked to sign up for the task(s) they can provide to guarantee all tasks are completed and to help the team work more efficiently.
