We are going to Lutherhill from June 7-12, 2026! 


This year, we are handling all registration payments through Triumphant Love. The reason for this, is at last year's annual meeting, the congregation voted to cover a percentage of expenses for child and youth events. This year, Triumphant Love is paying 30% for children 5th grade and below, and 20% for 6th grade and above. By doing the group hold system, we ensure all of our students are together and we also get a discount of $50 per child from Lutherhill. 

 

That means, summer camp costs:

For Alphas (Grade 1) - $450-$50-$120= $280

For Youngn (Grades 2-3) and Yearling (Grades 4-5) - $760-$50-$213= $497

For Jr High (Grades 6-8) - $775-$50-$145= $580

 

There is also a $50/sibling discount! Please look for the promo codes at the top of the registration page if this applies to you!

 

**We have recently learned that Lutherhill has changed their registration system to age based, rather than grade based. That means that if your child is one of the oldest in their grade, OR one of the youngest, the Lutherhill system may only register them for the wrong program (for example: registering them as a Yearling when they are really in Jr. High or registering as a Yearling when they should be a Youngn). If this happens to you, go ahead and accept the incorrect registration group, then reach out to either me, OR Casey Harbers from Lutherhill (her contact info is at the very bottom of the page) and we can get your child with the correct group!**

-You must pay a $150/child deposit now.

-You are welcome to pay all, or part, of the remaining cost now!

-If you would like to pay the remaining balance through recurring payments (payment plan) the remaining balance will be divided by 6. The first payment would be charged on December 1, and monthly on the 1st afterward. All money must be received by May.

 

After paying for your child/ren, you need to register them at Lutherhill. Below, you will find instructions on how to set up your Lutherhill account, as well as how to register your child/ren.

Lutherhill 
is pleased to announce our online registration system is now open!

In order to register online you will need to go to the site below and follow the directions below to access the online registration system. You will need to have a login which may be used now to sign up for programs at Lutherhill.

1. Click on the LINK above to go to the online registration page. When you get to the Login page click on the button that says, "Create New Account" if you do not have an account with Lutherhill. If you do, login and skip step 2.  

2. The first screen is where you set up your username and password. The name and email address is for yours, not the person you are registering. Keep the username and password in a secure place and use it whenever you wish to return to update information, register for other sessions or make a payment.

3.  Select "Register (New)" next to the camper you wish to register or create a new camper profile if this is their first time at Lutherhill.

4. The next window will present a pop-up window asking if you would like to input a group hold code. Select Yes. Enter the code: 2026TLLC

5. Select the program you would like to register for, and complete registration.
