PRAISE POINTS
We thank CCM for the grant that has enabled us to continue to serve South Sudanese and other immigrants in the heart of Portland. We thank God for answering our prayers for someone to help train our youth on drums and keyboards. We now have two people who train the children and youth on these instruments every Sunday before our services.
More than 80 people came to celebrate our two-year anniversary as a church. Food from different cultures was served. Bags of food were given out by Adonai Church, and each family took a bag for themselves and another for a neighbor. We thank Pastor Mario for sharing on Spiritual Disciplines with our congregation during the event.

Our youth outreach is our most promising ministry, especially after we sent six youth to the YWAM camp over the summer. Many of those youth are fired up and are now going through baptism training.
We are thankful for the Christmas dinner with the combined congregations of the South Sudanese Bible Church and Adonai Church, where varieties of foods from different cultures were provided and the service was conducted by The Father's House.

PRAYER POINTS
Please pray for multiplying, equipping, and empowering of each believer to make disciples who make disciples who make disciples, multiplying leaders, groups, and teams. We want to start small groups meeting in homes - pray for leaders to step up.
There are many challenges in the church, as some families come with heavy burdens. As a church plant, we are not well equipped to handle most of the issues. We are planning for a trauma and healing conference to help us minister in these areas. Pray for resources to bring speakers here from Texas.
We would like to invite people to discover Christ through the Scriptures in their own languages. Pray for the funds to buy at least ten Talking Bibles at a price of $50 each.
