Dear Parents of 2-Year-Old Trinity Kids,
We’re so excited to welcome your family to another year of Trinity Kids! It’s such a joy to meet new faces and help little ones begin their faith journey through Bible stories, music, and friendships. While age two may feel young, you’ll be amazed how much they can learn and grow!
This year we’re again using Orange: First Look, a curriculum designed for ages 2–5. Each month focuses on one simple truth about God, taught through videos (featuring Ollie the Owl), songs, stories, crafts, and activities. Our goal: help kids learn to LOVE GOD (Matthew 22:37-38). |

Trinity Kids Sunday School Program Overview: |
What to Expect on Sundays:
Kids start worship with you and are dismissed after the “Just for Kids” moment. Teachers will greet them in the Narthex (2s meet by the south entrance) and walk them to class. After taking attendance and offering, they’ll join other preschoolers for the weekly video, song, birthday pennies, and prayer before returning to their own classrooms for the day’s lesson. |
Can I Stay With My Child?
Absolutely! You’re welcome in class until your child feels comfortable. And if you need a little more time too, we get it — we’re happy to have you! |
What If My Child Doesn’t Sit Still?
That’s completely normal! We gently guide them back and build familiarity with the routine each week. Don’t worry — we love having them with us! |
Music:
Preschoolers will sing in worship twice — in December and on the last day of Trinity Kids. We practice every TK Sunday and will send music and motions for you to take home. |
Birthdays:
We also celebrate birthdays; each child can add Birthday Pennies to our bin and select a small prize. Summer birthdays are celebrated in fall or spring. |
