Welcome to Cornerstone MCC! 

We are living and sharing God's love in Christ for all by practicing radical hospitality, passionate worship, intentional discipleship, risk-taking outreach and service, and extravagant generosity. Love is our core value!

Our Worship Services begin at 10:45am on Sundays. We also live-stream via our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

He Is Risen!

Scripture: Luke 24:1-12

This Sunday is Resurrection, or Easter, Sunday and we will greet one another with these three words, "He is risen!" Our worship lesson is going to take a look at an event that happened halfway around the world about 2000 years ago. This event still impacts our lives today. In fact, I’ll say it this way. If this incident doesn’t impact your life today, you’re really not living. Join us for our celebration of Easter!

Take 5 in 25'

Our Take 5 in 25 Prayer Initiative continues to provide us an opportunity to pray for one another throughout the year. Prayer lists may be found in the basket on the altar. You are encouraged to take a new list each month for your prayer time.

Passover Seder

Thursday's Passover Seder is SOLD OUT! Those who have made reservations should plan to be at the Freeman House Fellowship Hall at 6:30 for the dinner. Dress is casual. If you wish, you may bring your own wine. Otherwise, grape juice will be served.

Good Friday Service

Friday evening at 6:30 we will present our Tenebrae Service. It is a dramatic presentation of the last days of Jesus' life here on Earth. Parents should be aware that this is a somber reenactment and may be too much for young children.

Easter Brunch

We will enjoy an Easter Brunch following worship. Everyone is invited to join in the fellowship.

Easter Egg Hunt

After brunch, all kids are invited to participate in our Annual Easter Egg Hunt. We have collected over 1000 eggs for this fun event. Those who plan to participate should bring a basket to collect eggs!

Baby Shower

Everyone is invited to a baby shower for Chase Guthrie and Kasey Prine's little bundle of joy! She will be arriving in May, so we are throwing the baby shower on Saturday, April 26 at 2:00PM. The happy parents have registered with Walmart and Amazon. Links to both registries can be found below.

LOVEMOB Sunday 2025

Our Outreach Ministry is partnering with Dauphin Way UMC on 04/27/25 for LOVEMOB Sunday 2025. This is an incredible day of community service as several churches come together to make a real difference right here in Mobile. Whether it's manual labor, landscaping, crafting, or assembling care bags, there's a place for everyone to contribute. From 12:30-2:00 PM, we will join forces with other Mobile churches and disperse to various service sites across our community. Registration is required and can be completed by clicking the link below. Once you have registered, please click the second link below to email our Outreach Ministers to let them know so we have a count of volunteers.
