SABA will be hosting the Alabama Baptist Historical Commission on Thursday, April 24th. All are welcome to attend!

The Alabama School of the Prophets has a storied legacy, originally established as a leading pastors conference in Northeast Alabama from 1948 to 1994. During this time, it served as a pivotal gathering for pastors and ministry leaders across the Southeast, fostering spiritual growth and equipping them for effective ministry. Revived in 2019, the conference is now held annually at MeadowBrook Church in Gadsden, Alabama. Staying true to its mission, it addresses contemporary challenges faced by today’s church leaders. Featuring nationally recognized speakers, the event offers practical training and spiritual guidance tailored to the needs of pastors and laypeople alike. Each year, the conference includes dynamic sessions that inspire and educate attendees on various aspects of ministry. With a focus on fellowship, worship, and community, the Alabama School of the Prophets provides a well-rounded and impactful experience for all participants.

Pastors are invited to bring their ministry staff. Registration is $10 per person and lunch is provided. SABA Women, in partnership with Alabama Baptist Women, are excited to host Catherine Renfro in this equipping event for women! We will explore how to know Jesus and make Him known through everyday evangelism. 

Cost is $10 per person and includes dinner. Please register by April 9th.

SABA Churches is now accepting bids on our 2001 Ford Excursion XL through March 31. This vehicle served our Ministry Center well for 178,020 miles. Vehicle will be sold as is.
